Catalonia

Catalonia is an autonomous community on the northeastern corner of Spain. Catalunya in Catalan and Cataluña in Spanish, consists of the provinces (states) of Barcelona, Girona, Lleida, and Tarragona. Catalonia is bordered by France, Andorra and the Mediterranean. Catalonia’s largest city and capital is Barcelona, so, if you’ve ever been to Barcelona, you’ve been to Catalonia.
